Principles that BSM considers to be basic for its management include performing activities with a high level of quality and service to ensure results are obtained in accordance with clients’ expectations and which are environmentally friendly and guarantee the safety of our staff. 

Working under a system that promotes continuous improvements is part of the B:SM's essence. The B:SM’s General Management is committed to the development and implementation of management systems. The first Quality Management System was introduced in 2001, through the international standard ISO 9.001; environment was added in 2006, in accordance with the EU EMAS regulation, which we subsequently adapted to ISO 14.001 

 

The B:SM’s comprehensive policy constitutes the management system’s reference document, in accordance with the benchmark standards ISO9001, ISO14001 and SGE21.
