Training Plan

The training axis focuses on the Training Plan that is nourished by businesses, workers, bosses and People Management. It is from here that the Plan is drawn up and divided into three major blocks

TRANSVERSAL

This is training to improve common skills throughout the organization based on non-critical generic goals for the job. The subjects that traditionally form part of this block are Occupational Risk Prevention, office automation and languages. In the case of office automation and languages, the training is publicly announced so that BSM professionals can sign up voluntarily.

OF BUSINESS

This is training detected from the business and designed to improve the skills of the business in general and / or the job in particular.

Once a year, in the last quarter the Management of People meets with the different people in charge to evaluate which will be the formative actions that will have to develop the following year, that will help to improve the competitions of his collaborators and achieve the goals of the unit more successfully.

However, new needs may arise throughout the year that are incorporated into the Training Plan. These trainings deal with skills, in new technologies or site-specific work tools that must be acquired to carry out the work normally. These trainings are essential and require the achievement of the training objectives by each participant.

INDIVIDUAL

Training aimed at improving the individual skills of people, both in terms of their current job and their future career within the organization.

This training arises mainly from the evaluation of the person and within the return interview (Professional Development Plan) that the person maintains with his immediate command and that is carried out during the first quarter of the year. The boss and the collaborator come to the commitment of the actions that will have to be developed throughout the year and what formative actions can help the collaborator in his professional development.

In the same way, a worker throughout the year may be interested in carrying out training that he believes is interesting for his professional development and that, through his command, he can send to the People Management for approval. can perform it.
